[Daikin Smart Remote Control]
■ With the dedicated app, your smartphone or tablet PC can be quickly transformed into a remote control for air conditioners, air purifiers, and circulators.
■ You can freely operate the air conditioner, air purifier, and circulator at home or on the go, and check the temperature and air condition of the room.
◇ One of the following is required to use this application.
・ Daikin Industries, Ltd. Room Air Conditioner with LAN connection adapter connected (BRP072A41, BRP061A41, BRP051A41, BRP072A44, BRP084B41, BRP084C41, BRP087A41, BRP087A42, BRP087A43)
・ Daikin Industries, Ltd. Room air conditioner with built-in wireless LAN connection function
・ Daikin Industries, Ltd. Air Purifier with built-in wireless LAN connection function
・ Circulator, Daikin Industries, Ltd. with built-in wireless LAN connection function
◇ In addition, a broadband router and wireless LAN access point are required.
[Main features of Daikin Smart App]
◆ Driving operation (at home or on the go)
◆ Schedule setting
You can set the timer time by specifying the day of the week, time, driving mode, etc. according to your lifestyle.
◆ Denki usage (air conditioner only)
You can check the power consumption you care about.
◆ Check the air condition in the room (air purifier only)
You can check the dirt / cleanliness of your room with easy-to-understand 6-step numbers and cute Pichon-kun animation.
◆ Notification display
・ You can check the room temperature / humidity and the outdoor temperature detected by the air conditioner. Notify your smartphone of forgetting to erase or abnormalities.
・ You can check the room temperature / humidity and dust / odor sensor information detected by the air purifier. Notify your smartphone of water supply timing and abnormalities in the water tank
◆ The operation screen can be displayed in English. (Can be changed in smartphone settings)
* Cannot be used if communication conditions are poor.
* The application is free to use.
* A separate communication fee will be charged for downloading the application and accessing the server.
* Available functions vary depending on the LAN connection adapter you are using and the type of device to be connected.
[Daikin Smart Remote Control]
With this dedicated app, smartphones and tablet PCs are transformed into remote controllers for air conditioners and air purifiers. Users can remotely operate air conditioners and air purifiers at or away from home, and check the temperature and air quality of the room.
One of the following is required to use this application:
-A Daikin Industries room air conditioner with a connected LAN connection adapter (BRP072A41, BRP061A41, BRP051A41, BRP072A44, BRP084B41, BRP084C41, BRP087A41, BRP087A42, BRP087A43)
-A Daikin Industries room air conditioner with a built-in wireless LAN connection adapter
-A Daikin Industries air purifier with a built-in wireless LAN connection adapter
* A broadband router and wireless LAN access point are also necessary.
[Main features of the Daikin Smart App]
-Remote operation control (at or away from home)
-Schedule
Users can designate on what day, at what time, and in what mode the unit will operate according to their lifestyle.
-Energy consumption tracking (air conditioners only)
Users can check on worrisome energy consumption.
-Room air quality tracking (air purifiers only)
Users can check room air quality with a simple 6-level air notification system that includes cute Dai Pichon-kun animations.
-Notifications
Users can check the temperature / humidity of the room and the temperature outside as detected by the air conditioner. Users smartphones will also receive notifications for any abnormalities and if they have forgotten to turn off the unit.
Users can check the temperature, humidity, dust volume, and odour intensity of the room as detected by the air purifier. Users smartphones will also receive notifications for any abnormalities and the water supply timing of the water tank.
-The operation menu can also be displayed in English (modifiable in smartphone settings)
* Application is not usable in conditions of poor connectivity.
* Use of this application is free of charge.
* Downloading the application and accessing the server will incur separate communication fees.
* The functions available in this application will vary depending on the model of LAN adapter to be used and the type of appliances to be connected.
